Return & Refund Policy:
The Company does not accept returns or refunds on any giveaway or free products once the product is delivered to the carrier. If a product offered on the Company Sites is not as described, you may return the item, as specified in Terms of Purchase.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase; However, should you wish to return your order for return & refund, please note we will accept returns sent back within 3 days upon receive of your order.
Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. - we will not accept returns on items that has been damaged or worn. We cannot accept returns on opened packs of hosiery.

How to return your order?
Please contact our Customer Care team who can help you further with your return. We will refund postage up to the value of your outbound shipping charge, upon request and with a valid proof of posting.
Any unauthorized order returned to the warehouse will be returned to sender.
Please note due to high volume orders in our warehouse, there may be a delay processing your return. We will endeavor to get your return processed as soon as possible. Our customer service support team are here to help should you require any further assistance.
